Delivery fees: A delivery fee will be calculated based on the size of your order and your location. This fee will not be displayed at checkout and is not in addition to the cost of your furniture.

Delivery areas: We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within South Africa. If you are located in a remote area, please contact us to confirm if delivery is possible.

Delivery times: Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days of placing the order, depending on your location. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us to discuss the availability and cost of this service.

Delivery process: Orders will be delivered by a third-party courier or by our own delivery team, depending on the size and nature of the items. Customers must be present to receive their order, or they may authorize a representative (over the age of 18) to receive the order on their behalf. If no one is present to receive the order, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

Damage during delivery: If an item is damaged during delivery, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion. Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and report any damages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns and exchanges: We offer a 14-day return policy for most items, provided that they are returned in their original condition. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
