-Damaged by courier

Once deposit has been made you only have 24hours to change the design or Colour.
Should you cancel the order.
Please note that you have forfeited your deposit. We don’t work on canceling fee
(Admin Fee)
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot exchange and refunds are not applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are unused & defective or damaged. Send us an email at Hommeadore.design@gmail.com and we will make suitable arrangements for the exchange to take place given there is still stock available to exchange it for. You may only exchange an item. (only applicable to Bath caddies), thereafter we do not accept exchanged items for a secondary exchange, so please pick wisely.
Since all of our products are custom made, unfortunately you are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that return courier costs will not be the responsibility of Hommeadore Design.
Refunds Unfortunately refunds are not applicable.
