PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to become available.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order or proceed with the order at the correct price.
Home Adore Design is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on our website or in any of our marketing materials.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather, strikes, or other similar events.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package and products upon delivery and to report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the package. Failure to do so may result in the customer being responsible for any damages or discrepancies.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Home Adore Design does not accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been customized or modified to the customer’s specifications.
All other products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product.
Home Adore Design reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- Home Adore Design will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
LAY-BY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once a client has paid 75% of the total cost, production of the lay-by’d items will start.
On the delivery day, the item/s will only be placed at your home once full 100% is settled when we arrive at the delivery location.
Hanging instructions for mirrors
Your mirror must be hung on a wall of suitable load-bearing capacity.
Please seek advice if you are unsure about your wall.
Please note there are a variety of fixings available for different wall types.
Please seek advice to ensure you have the correct type for your wall. Please also ensure your intended hanging area is not situated close to electrical wiring or pipes.
DO NOT USE chain, wire, or cord to hang any mirror. 2 SCREWS ARE REQUIRED.
Wall mounting through the use of wire can create unintended inwards force on the hooks which can cause failure, in some cases almost instantly.
We do not recommend using your mirror close to areas of high heat or high moisture.
Decide which way you would like to hang the mirror based on the hangers provided.
Some mirrors can only be hung one way, ie square, round, or shaped mirrors.
Measure the distance between the 2 hangers fitted to the back of the mirror.
Use a spirit level to mark the distance on the wall, this will be the distance between your 2 screws/fixings.
Drill 2 holes for the wall fixings and screws.
Please leave approximately 10mm of the screw protruding from the wall.
USE STRONG SCREWS WITH A WIDE SCREW HEAD.
We recommend that the screws be drilled at a slight angle to ensure the mirror is secure.
Hang the mirror onto the 2 screws, ensuring that the hangers are securely over the screw head.
IF YOU WANT TO STAND YOUR MIRROR
If you intend to use your mirror floor or mantle standing, we would advise securing the top of the mirror to the wall to prevent it from tilting forward.
If possible, placing the mirror on a none slip surface would also aid the mirror in remaining upright.
Avoid placing the mirror near sources of intense heat or moisture.
To clean the mirror, avoid using harsh cleaning agents.
Avoid hanging the mirror in places where there is a risk of an accident.
